Mutoh 1628x not printing

Hi Guys ,
I have a Mutoh 1628x , I replaced the head a few months ago , no issues . I let it sit over the holiday ( about 4 days ) came back to the shop printer would not print . I've tried a head soaking , head cleaning. I did do a little charge and it was pulling ink through the head . I did take out the fuse and checked it ... seemed to be ok ( I do have a new fuse on its way just in case ) can anyone shed some light on what it may be . It will disclose there was a big storm that cut the power to my shop a day before the holiday and the printer is always left on . I also have it on a surge protector. I am really at my wits end trying to figure this thing out . Any help would be appreciated .

When a head fuse blows you get nothing on a nozzle check. No nozzles, no informational text. Nothing. If you get something, it’s not the fuse. Here’s hoping the fuse is the problem.

I did a fuse change ... still not printing . the fuse def was the issue though because the one that was in there was dead after testing

If it blew the second one you have shorted or misseated cables, ink on electronics or an internally shorted head

Nope fuse is still good , still not printing ...but now all of a sudden throwing a e152 CR board fuse
