Mutoh 1641 SR stopping halfway

Hello everyone,

I have a brand new Mutoh 1641SR and I am trying to print on a 54" roll, but it stops printing at 38". I have
checked at all the settings on Flexisign and Print 21 and it shows the Media at 54", but stops every time.
I know it has to be a setting, but I don't know where else to look.

Try reloading the media. If there was something printed on the media before you loaded it, It will think that is the edge of the media.

I just remeasured the media, that was the problem. Thank you!
