Mutoh Flatbed Issue

Hi, I have a Mutoh VJ-1638UH flatbed printer and everything works and prints just fine except the issue I am having is the printer puts down varnish in various areas of the print and the output profile that I use is CMYK, (variable dot) custom 3 1440 x 720, Enhanced Stochastic.
I use Flexi 21. Is there a reason for this and If so is there a solution? Thanking You in advance
Also Arrows on print indicates varnish
