Question Mutoh MC-1300S page cut off problem

I recently acquired an old Mutoh MC-1300S.
It had some problems with the page sensors, but that is solved.
Now I see there is a problem with the sheet cut off feature.
On the left side there is the knife to cut the page. But looking in several service manuals I see there is a part missing. Referenced in the manuals as PN ME-20000 in the pictures it is a wedge shaped piece that should be mounted to the swing arm and operates when the carriage is at the far left side.
Can anyone help me out on where to get this part? Or has one available to offer?
As I try to start a business without any funds I need to fix this. I live already more then 5yrs far below minimum with my wife and two young kids, this will be my last chance to safe our home and health. So any free offers in anything would be welcome.

Originally it looks as on attached pictures.
But in my opinion the construction of this cut sheet option is not good because:
- cut knife is lose sharpness very quick and not cut the media completely;
- same marzan is used for knife (even if another line);
I think will be better to use manual sheet-off with knife or scissors.
