Mutoh Printing Issue - Would like some help

I have attached a few photos of a problem that I had with my printer. A Mutoh 1304, I changed the print heads about 2 weeks ago and the cable from the heads to the CR Board. Came in this morning and I noticed this colors over the image. I checked the heads and they are good and also the Maintenance Carriage. Tried doing a cleaning and check the nozzles but kept getting these lines. I am about to check the cables again, can anyone give me a heads up on what it may be.

check the ends of the cables for fraying, re-seat cables... The cables from the Headboard to the Mainboard may be bad as well... It is most likely a cable issue...
