My cutter will do a print and cut fine with flexi 19 or the original software, but if I just load vinyl into the cutter and send a job to just cut colored vinyl, it rolls the vinyl forward to the end then just does nothing? The motor stays on and it's like it's waiting for a command or something, and I don't know what I am doing wrong? Is there a step I could be missing? Basically load the vinyl in, hit edge, to find the edged, even if I type a basic ABCD , then add contour cut, hit rip/cut, it sends the job, cutter fires up....rolls the vinyl to the front, then stops, and the motor just stays on....?
