Mutoh ValueJet 628 Vertical lines not lining up

This just started, I don't see any way to align the heads. I've swabbed the head with lint free cloth and ran several cleanings, no bueno.

a guess would be that you need to do bidirectional alignment

Still had the print heads in the up position from printing banners. Still a newbie.

Put head down and printed a row of .005" lines and they were all good.
