Mutoh VJ 1201 only printing black

Turned the printer on today and it's only printing black. The nozzle test has all 4 colors. At first I thought it was just the profile because it was unidirectional and I hadn't printed that particular profile but after trying several and powering down and back up again it's still doing it.
Printed fine on Friday.
Any ideas?

This is a new one on me... it's the file I received from the customer!!!!!
Printed some things I had in the queue and everything was great, load his file and it prints nothing but black!
I never had this happen before.
Any ideas???

printing problem

1.Is CR cable inserted obliquely?2Are damper assembly,ink tube and SUS pipe joint screws (K, C, M,Y) securely tightened?
Is O-ring properly installed?
3,Does shield part ofdamper have air leak?
4.Is ink tube in ink system assembly bent?
5.Does ink tube have bend, scratch, or leak?

Everything is fine now

It had something to do with the customer file.

I printed some things from my queue and it worked fine. At first I thought it had something to do with the new profile I was using so I printed other files using that profile and it worked perfect.

I never had this happen before, the file was a supplied JPEG.
I ended up going into the properties of the file, there is a box to check that says " this file is from another computer and may be blocked to protect the computer" so I checked unblock. restarted my RIP and it worked.
