Need Help Mutoh Vj 628 eco solvent issue

Hello,

I have a Mutoh Vj 628 eco solvent printer using adobe illustrator cc2019. Every time I print it places pinkish hue around the image. I have changed the print settings multiple ways in illustrator and it still comes out this way. Any help at all would be much appreciated.

Looks like you need to do a magenta head alignment.

Looks like the head is out of alignment for sure but the spray is a sign that you either have deflecting nozzles or the head is failing. What does your nozzle check look like?

The nozzle check is fine. Also I've inserted a image that when Black and red printed didn't do it.

A single portion of the head alignment? I'll have to look this up.
