Mutoh VJ1624 Printing random lines & test prints

My Mutoh VJ1624 has been printing this job for over two weeks and suddenly we started getting weird lines and what appears to be test prints in the middle of the image. I was getting a Head Heat error before this started happening, and I'm not sure if that has anything to do with it or not. Has anyone seen this before or know any tricks?

I would not say those are test prints. I have not seen that happen during printing. I have seen similar prints when a head has a short. I have seen customer try to keep printing and blow the main board also. I would call a tech asap. It might be as simple as dirty cables.
