Mutoh XpertJet 661UF gloss varnish overspray

Hello,

I've been having a common issue with our ADA 1% raised printing. When using this setting for out Mutoh there always seems to be a glossy overspray on the edges of the text (see photo attached). Have you ran into this issue and if so what did you do to fix it? I clean everything with alcohol before printing and use adhesive promotors when necessary but continue running into the issue.

I'm happy to provide any additional information if needed.

Never seemed to have this problem, what is your print environment settings? What materials do you print on normally? I use the ADA 1% swatch in FlexiDesign for Mutoh and export to Vertilith RIP and have a specific print environment that exclusively does the raised lettering. I only clean with alch aswell and sometimes promotor/staticide, mostly only printing and Romark.
I'm my teams Mutoh guy, I'm like 99% self taught from a sink or swim situation but I'd love to help. I've been using the 661uf for over a year now.
