Mutoh Xpertjet Head issue

Hi

I have a Xpertjet 661UF , which is almost 3 years old. Looks like it needs new dampers or the whole print head .
It experiences a short pause , milli seconds at the left when printing varnish. Has anyone experienced this?

In other color modes , it goes left/right smoothly. It only does the pause when printing tactile which consumes varnish.
Could it be from anything else than dampers?

If all it's doing is pausing but everything is printing fine, it's probably not your head or dampers. Might be someone played around with the settings in the RIP that allow you to program pauses if you're having curing issues.

Nobody has changed any RIP setting. It even sometimes goes back to normal middle of the sane job, it prints with pause then mid print gets back to normal. Could be electronic issue too
