My cuts look like waves when they should be straight

I need heelp I just bought a GCC Puma 4 lx and is not cutting properly. I have adjusted the offset in many different ways but nothing. It keep making some good lines and other with waves. The corcles dont look clean all around it has bumps. What else can I do to fix this. I already threw out two plotter before this one, I need this to work please

It sounds like the media is slipping. See if prefeeding the media and slowing the cutting speed way down helps.
