Our biggest sign/print was 9'x90' Aluminum panel (Fireworks Wolrd), biggest banner was a 8'x120' (Safety Banner for a coal plant, after a death at the plant)

Biggest mesh I printed was something like 240 ft x 200 ft. It was split into 2 pieces of 120 ft x 100 ft and covered the entire side of a building in New York. It took the entire shop to fold and put the mesh on a pallet.

Biggest vinyl banner that I have printed was something like 150 ft x 75 ft.

I did both of these jobs when I was working for another company, but since I did the prepress, printing and supervised the fabrication and packing I consider them just as much my job as any that I've done at my own shop.

I didn't use the laminatot because It's applied to 3/16" Lexan.. the shop is only about 32' long do there would have been alot of moving around to do. Plus thats alot to ask the laminator to do, would have been a strain on the motors trying to push over 100lbs of lexan. Also it's not printed because that blue matched their Pantone almost perfectly and the lettering is reflective.
