My Spot color pallet is missing

Ive been here all morning and cannot figure out how to get my spot color pallet to open up. My cutcontour and corel black and corel red. under users pallets/custom spot colors. I cant figure out how to show them as before. Any body know what Im talking about?

In Coreldraw X4, Got to Window Dockers and put a check box in Color Pallette Browser.

Then open the color pallette browser and select whatever pallette you like. The pallette will open on the front and you can drag it to whatever side you want.
