Need Help Mylar Stencil Cutting Graphtec 5000-60

Can anyone help with setting please, been asked to cut some A4 stencils from 125 micron Mylar on my Graphtec CE5000-60, never done anything like this before just vinyl. Do I need to put it on a cutting mat? What force and other setting? Is it possible? Any help would be greatfully appreciated. T.I.A.
