Mystery (Acrylic?) Extrusion?

I have a customer that needs some of these little inserts created as their directory changes.
They have no records of who they purchased from, and would like us to produce more for them.
I have never seen anything like it, but included are some photos of the directory, the pieces their selves, and my drawing of their shape.
They currently appear to be spray painted white acrylic which was laser engraved to reveal the white.
Material may not be important to them as long as we can find the correct extrusion/profile somewhere.

Laser cut into strips, feed through a router table with a tight radius roundover bit, paint black, return to laser for engraving?

*not extremely helpful* but we made one of these in the past, the slats were just milled acrylic because we had the same issue finding an extrusion.

Wish we could. Doing a large project at this location and this little thing is the weird part of it. Most everything else is pretty straight-forward/normal stuff.
