Name Those Fonts Please

Working on a sponsor list and need help with a couple of fonts. I know the L and S on the #1 have been modified. Any ideas?

#1 -- the "ewis" (modified s) is probably Souvenir Italic. I think also that it is not the bold version but rather the regular that has been fattened with an outline. Just guessing about that. Also, the "e" looks like it may not even be the italic version.

#2 -- first glance says to me entirely custom
