need a tech for used roland

anybody know if roland or any private companies will be willing to come by and check out my machine, maybe give me a quick rundown of certain stuff they teach people if they buy it new. i purchased used a few months back and have had no major issues, but im starting to run into minor stuff, and want to prevent major stuff from happening. not to mention i cant print, laminate, and cut because ive been told my sensor has not been set up.

Pick their brain and watch what they do when working on the printer.

so who would i call for a service call. do i just call roland directly even though i purchased the machine used from a prior owner

Check w/ your local sign supply distributors, one will sell Roland printers and have a service department that will work on printers in & out of warrantee.
