Need Contact Phone # For VMP

Can anyone direct me to a good phone number of were I can talk to a person about transfering a regristration for Vinyl Master Pro. I have been using VMP for a number of years and love the software, but now I just installed a new computer and need to transfer the regristration for VMP to it. Here is the proplem I am not connecting the internet to the new system so I assume I need to regrister over the phone. I have tried for several days now. The western US number in the manual that came with VMP is for a dealer that no longer sells the program, and at the eastern number you get an answering machine to leave a message but no one calls back.
