Need file VECCUTXP.sys

i have a cougar+ and when i try to install it, it says it is missing the file VECCUTXP.sys and will not install. does someone have this file or know where i can get it.

Have you tried Signwarehouse?
I know they have drivers for many of their cutters right there on their site.
