Choc is one name for this font. It is in Corel Draw and SignLab, maybe by another name..

Actually 'Staccato555' as opposed to 'Staccato222'. The latter being the same as the ever overused 'Mistral'.

It's a hideous type face made even worse, if that's possible, in the all caps usage in your example. A sure sign that possession of a computer does not a typographer make.
