Need help, any idea how to bend the back panel?

Hi All:

My customer is looking for a sign like below, how can we bend the aluminum and wood panel perfectly like below and mount to the wall?

Roll form the aluminum (slip roll). That is probably a laminate or veneer over a bendable material and not a large slab of solid wood.

if you make it out of aluminium composite eg Dibond, it has enough give in it to bend it to that curve within the wall, just screw one side in and then tack along it every 600 (2ft) or so.
