Need help...contour cut half size

I'm new to Flexi and when I design a graphic and put a contour cut on it, it prints fine but when I go to cut it out, the cutter cuts the right shape only about half size. Any ideas? If I export the graphic and open it in Onyx, it prints and cuts perfect. I'm lost!

Check your settings in the Properties folder for your plotter setup. If the resolution is set up incorrectly it will affect the output size. For my Roland plotter the default setting of 40.000 steps/mm is right. Try a small test plot with the digits halved and doubled to see if it cuts the right size then.
