Need help cropping logo to cut

My company primarily prints on canvas but have gotten some requests for vehicle decals.

I have a logo that I need to make some cut marks on and could really use some help. I have adobe creative suites and am average at best.

The logo is a circle that needs a small, clear layer around the outside.
