need Help F/W Update

Can someone help me find "FWUpdatetool3.exe" and a prm file for jv3 160sp, i cannot update it throught the 1.0 fw updater from mimaki because i have only ss2 in cartridges and my machine does not recognize them cuz i have fw version 1.4 and im stucked at the local mode, cant access remote.
