Need help finding an HP Latex Tech

Hi Everyone,

I have a Latex315 that I need the carriage belt replaced. I think it is just out of my wheelhouse. The belt part seems fine but not damaging the carriage or encoder strip is what I am worried about.

Does anyone know of a HP Tech/company in the Akron, Ohio area that can do this type of work?

When mine belt broke on my HP360, I called HP and they issued a service tech. My printer was out of warranty ect.. If i remember correctly, the price was a flat rate almost no matter the problem. It was a bit $$$ but the tech handled everything very well. I'm out of Missouri.

Curious if you ever found a tech near Akron? I'm in Cleveland and have never been able to find anyone to come out, end up doing it all myself.

I'm in Houston and a rep for GSG replaced my carriage belt for me. Of course they have since closed and they are now with a different company. I am sure if you need them, they will fly out to you but you probably have to pay for them to come out to you. BUT, they might know someone in the area who can do it.
