Need Help Firmware update Mutoh Valujet 1204

Hello i need help for my Mutoh VJ 1204.
i have the manual for the Firmware update and i have the firmware update.
but i need the MUTOH Maintenance Engineer Assistant
can anybody help me because my Printer says the ink not original but its an original mutoh ink and the technican say that is a problem with the firmware of the Printer

What is your original ink? I mean ink series.
Most cases it is not firmware problem.

You need the Mutoh Service Assistant not the Engineer Assistant. unfortunately I can't post that publicly but try searching for Mutoh MSA and you might have some luck.

Also, I agree with Umca. You probably either have bad cards or if no new cartridge will work, the heater junction board may be damaged.
