Need help for 545ex

i'm printing a banner , pvc banner 4' x 12' . when i start print the horizontal printing went okay about 5" width the printing start to shift 1mm to the right so the vertical line looks crooked and after few inches more it shifts again.

can anyone help why it suddenly shifts. i already clean the head everything.

please anyone?

Did you clean the optical strip inside the printer? You can use a paper towel and some Isopropyl Alcohol to do it. How long has it been since you have replaced the strip?

optical strip? is this the one who wipes the wiper? if that's the one i already change it just today.
