need help identifying head rank number (pictures) SP300V

how do you install rank number in sp300v and which number is used? had to reboot board through service mode now print is off, did bi- directional and all the mechanical settings, can someone help please, attach picture of numbers on head

There is a label on the printer manifold end.
Please find the picture in attachment, there is mark of it.
This is a new DX4 solvent head I just received.

head has white label but its blank,is there some sort of generic number that can be used? haven't removed other one yet
