need help installing adobe filter to flexi

How or where exactly do I install adobe filters to Flexi? I had them in before and had to get my computer overhauled.

I don't have PS... If that makes a difference.

I loaded Eye Candy onto my D drive and went into Flexi/Edit/Preferances/File Paths, and directed the Adobe Plug Ins to the folder on my D drive. Hope this helps
