need help not sure what to call this

Ok not 100% sure where this should even be, but im using flexiPRO and a Mutoh 64" and its just randomly messing up when it prints, It will be printing along fine and all the sudden it will print like a 1inch spot over again that it just printed. I can post a picture up after while to show what i mean. Is it possible my computer is to slow? or just something isn't right thank you..

Is it sporadic, or does it happen in a defined amount of space, say every 12 inches for example. And what material are you using?

ya its sporadic, it does just fine for like seem like a 10 or so prints and then it will do it and then it fine again for another so many prints.
