Need Help!!!!! Roland GX-24

My Roland GX-24 is acting crazy, when i cut using LXI software cut the normal text with curves in the corners, end the straight edges with tips, but when i cut with CutStudio works perfect; Any idea what is causing this ??? Thank You

I'm new on all of this and can't answer your question but since you have this cutter would you mind telling me what you think of it and how it compares with other similar cutters? Thx

I had a buddy who had the same problem. I think it was a software issue. Have you tried re-installing software?

Check you blade off-set.......How old is your blade.........If its old then you might need a new one, when the blade dulls it will affect the off-set.......

Do a test cut from the keypad on the cutter.....If it does the same thing then you know what to do.......
