Receiving error message 139 but firmware was NOT updated at the time the message came up. A friend helped me get it into update firmware mode and we did so. Now when I re-plug the printer in and let it run through it's cycle it get's down to between 30 and 19 seconds and stops prior to "READY" Mode & sends out the error code again. This is only 3 years old and immaculately kept. I have been told someone on here could help me??? if you are out there please let me know ASAP. Thank you & have a Blessed Day!
