Need help! Test print different every test!!!

I have a Roland vp540i and ran a calibration test and noticed a zipper like appearance threw the dot pattern. Running a cleaning test print, noticed misses/ angled firing on the black. Did a maintenance cleaning and also a power clean.... Test in black misses in random places every time! Comparing the spot where it missed the first time doesn't miss the same spot the next test!! This is only the black, please any suggestions?
It is so bad that I can't read calbration results as the spacing is different every time. What can I do without ruining the head?
