need help with GCC Expert Pro / Greatcut

Hi Guys, this is my first post and I am desperate! I just bought a GCC Expert Pro, I installed it and everything seems fine, but when I export to GreatCut and try to cut vinyl, the vinyl moves back and forth in the rollers and the head moves around, but that's it. It seems to me like it is searching for registration marks, but since I am trying to cut vinyl, it shouldn't be. Can someone tell me if there is an option in greatcut to change from print and to cut only or if I am doing something wrong here? I am importing my artwork as .eps, selecting the cut option and hitting output. Thanks!!

have you done a test cut..you might not have the blade out far enough or at all, or not tightened the bladeholder..
& make sure the file is all vectors
