Need help with LXI

I have LXI expert software a Roland GX-24, Roland pnc-900; the lxi production manager don't have the gx-24 listed in the cutter list, so I don't know how to make it work properly, I use the settings listed for the cx-24 but is not cutting right seems to read the width and length in a opposite directions, the pnc900 is listed in the production manager but it does the same thing, so I need to know if this a computer problem or the software.

I am on 7.5 Apprentice... in add setup I went right to Roland and theres CX-24 listed right there so what Vs. do you have

looking at your info you have 7.5 so there shouldnt be any diffrent

sometimes the production manager has hic-ups so so also try to re-install just Production Manager Only.

maybe cables are crossed or wired wrong IDK lol I am trin
