I need to have two banners 4x6 digitally printed. I would like to find someone just north of Atlanta Georgia. I have looked at the Merchant Members on Signs 101 but no one is that close. Any help or direction would be appreciated.

Based on your stated needs, it would appear that ProDigital Supply is the closest Merchant Member to you (Mississippi) that offers printed banners.

Or give Georgia Printco a call. They're not a merchant member but they do great work. They might have a $250 minimum, tho. I think they're in ATL.
