Need Software For Channel Letter Bending Machine - Bwz-a

I was given the task of reviving life in our Chinese Channel Letter Bending Machine - BWZ-A

I will need a clean install - and want to purchase a decent software with an english manual

The supplier delivered a software Called LETTRO - but I can't find any references or mauals for that

I'm open for sudgestions
