Need someone to print translucent materail - non-adhesive?

I have an interior lit cabinet to replace a face on.

The existing print looks like it's on some type of PVC film....it's milk white translucent media, which is backlit behind a reception desk.

Are there any merchant members here that can help out with this?

What size is the print?
Matte or Gloss?

Finish doesn't matter, it's behind glass anyway.

IIRC it was 48x60"
