OK - First time posting for help with Flexi/Versaworks. I have a gradient created in Illy, but needs to be part of text graphics. When it is imported into Flexi, then ripped for print, the gradients print green to red to brown to black. How can I get this file to print correctly, as it needs to be contour cut after lam. Is there a way to set this to print and cut from PS or Illy through versaworks? When I print it from either, it prints correctly - the problem is Flexi, I think.

Any help/assistance would be greatly appreciated!

I have text that needs to be printed, and cut. I will post the entire image here in a sec. From all I have read/learned/understand from posts here, importing the fonts, etc, will be problematic.

Can you import it into photoshop, flatten it, and then save it as a transparent background PSD for cutting? That's what we did when we used flexi, when it involved gradients.

Here is some of what we are trying to do ... the arch is the problem, as we can't find a way to create the arch with the correct gradient in Flexi.

There is no reason in the world to include FlexiSIGN in this workflow, assuming you are designing in Illustrator/ Photoshop. Create the gradient in Photoshop, bring it into Illustrator and add the type objects and cut paths, and save an EPS or PDF that is then brought into Versaworks where it is RIPped and printed.

Including Flexi in this workflow is both unnecessary and damaging to the image quality.
