Nesting 10.0.3

Just got back from vaca and noticed i can no longer nest jobs in production manager.
I tried working with sai tech support but got no answer as to why this would happen or how to fix it?
When I select multiple files in production manager "Nesting" is now grayed out??
Any ideas??

Nesting - broke

Anyone - short of reloading not sure what to do
