New heat controller needed..which one?

Hi, i have bought a secondhand Roland cj500 with solvent conversion, i need a new heat controller as an ink leak caused a short. (see my post in new member welcome thread)
How do i choose the correct controller for my printer?

why are there 2? do i need different tempratures for front and rear?

What temperatures do i need for what media and application?

Granthams.co.uk offered me new ink which the manufacturer will guarantee your print heads if you use their ink!! apparently it doesn't dry up, will the temperatures required be different for this ink?

There are two controllers ,,, one for the front and one for the beck otherwise called
pre and post heaters. I got mine from www.lightobject.com there you can also
download the instruction manual for it.. mine is a GLD612
I set mine for outdoor vinyl or banner printing tem,,, for the back 110°f front one at
98°f

I typed in to the internet S/N VST/M2/V0 and got loads of different ones. Will a photo help you? Also the connecting pins on PCB board, are they in different order on different boards so I'll have to get specific boards?

also, i think the max temp for the ones i have is 50c

43C and 36C, is the equivalent, is there a reason for the different temperature setting, is it to assist with the bonding of the inc and the drying of the inc

Need a bit higher heat setting in the back so that the ink penetrate into vinyl so that it will last longer in outdoor conditions.. The front heater helps with the drying process so that the material can be handle without ink smearing, also if your printer equipped with a roll up device.
