My new Mimaki - only 5 month sold- has lost the suction power for the vacuum. So it will not hold down my material when printing... So I dont want to risk damaging a print head.
_ we have check all hoses for leaks and blockage - none
_ we have open up power box for loose cords - none
_ we have checked to make sure we have correct power coming in -checked.
Anyone else experience this same issue. This machine is basically brand new... Waiting on a tech..
