I have a cottage industry cutting stencils for face and body painters for about a year. So far I have been cutting 120 MIL mylar on my cameo silhouette and burning through the blades on heavy cut weeks.
I realize it is time to step up due the volume I am cutting. I also need to cut a heavier mil mylar to make the stencils more stiff, 190-220 MIL. Not score and work out but cut out.
Time to buy a new plotter cutter. I have about $2K USD to spend. I have a basic understanding of photoshop, not great but I create a few things.
What cutter would you suggest? Again, I need to cut up to 220 MIL mylar and min. 190.
Thank you.
