Sincerest Apologies if im in the wrong place for this post..
I am in need of guidance. I have a VJ24/628 that is not printing magenta ink from one of the 2 channels. After going thru tech support that resulted in a recommendation of buying a new $2900 print head (found others for $1700+) I decided to post the printer for sale. Before actually selling it, would anyone know of another possible alternative to repair the printer? I've replaced dampers, cap station, vacuum pump and flushed head. All other colors/channels print fine except that 1. Thanks so much
