New Printheads - Missing Nozzles

Hello,

I have AGFA Anapurna mw and I changed some printheads, but still some nozzles are missing.
What can be the cause? Sometimes it print great, print tests are good, but after first ~5cm printed it goes crazy.

If I print 8passes with CMYK it's perfect, If I print CMYKLcLm it's gone.

If you're using solvent based inks you have to wash the head with clear solvent. Its because the liquid for transportation inside printheads to prevent its drying. Try to soak head surface in clear solvent, it should help

UV inks is similar, you have to wash head before installing it.
And to prolong heads lifetime you should soak them in cleaning liquid everyday for at least 10-15 mins, especially for UV inks
