New Vutek USB Dongle

I want to update colorburst with what is on the vuteksupport website, but it requires a USB dongle, any idea how to get one? Did anybody get an update from Vutek, or do I have to purchase it for 1000$/printer from colorburst.

On the back of your RIP station you will see a dingle plugged into your USB port, should have a tag on it describing it as colorburst rip with a serial number, if you do not have that dongle then you are most likely using an older parallel port dongle, should have the serial number on that. Call Larry Spevak at Colorburst, 703-723-8580, he will do a dongle exchange for you at a minimum cost.
