Hey Folks, newbie here coming from small business of apparel customization and decals. I just purchased a preowned HP Latex 115 print & cut solution. The previous owner cannot find any of the documentation of the sale or software licensing. SAai needs to see receipt of the software in order to transfer the license to me for the $199 fee. Wondering if anyone here has an unused Latex 115 or the like that has documentation of the software purchase that is willing to help me out? Thanks!

It was bundled with the printer, they didn't purchase it separate.
He can login to saicloud and change your email to the account.

Thank you, the problem is the guy that ran the printer is no longer there and they do not have any of the information.
Success! The previous owner was able to locate the SAi account and all is well! It looks like Flexicut 21 is the version, should I try to locate and install version 19 @Andries0livier ?
