I am a Head HS Football Coach, we use the same process every year to logo and badge our helmets after they return from painting or are purchased new.

Those decals are typically ordered from a vendor - We use ProTuff Decals because the material they use is pretty darn tough and thick. I don't have a machine that can handle that...YET.
Once I do, look out. We will have so many different helmet combos HAHA.
